Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms with a bathroom, a master bedroom with a large dressing room and bathroom; a romantic bedroom in the octagonal tower and a luxurious large bedroom with a bathroom.
On the second floor is a huge bedroom with glorious exposed beams and another bathroom as well as attic rooms which could be converted, currently used for storage.
It is a large chateau but has the flexibility to be split, by locking doors, to create a family house and an annex, if preferred.

A large open plan living room and kitchen also incorporating one of the towers of the chateau. It has a low door to a children's playroom or den. Upstairs there is a large bedroom and a cot room in the tower.
Gite 3, Boulanger - 2 bedrooms, sleeps 5
Previously the bakery, the sitting room has a large fireplace with a woodburner and the bread oven. A modern kitchen/dining room, bathroom and a bedroom with exposed stone walls currently with 3 single beds.
Upstairs a bedroom with exposed beams and stone walls, with a bathroom.

There are large gardens in the chateau grounds, including the swimming pool, a courtyard around which the buildings are set and land including grape vines and a large number of truffle oak trees, recently planted, which should produce large quantities of truffles in the near future.
