The country estate, with a castle, house and apartment ‘takes the “busy” out of business’. It is a unique, intimate, cosmopolitan oasis in a beautiful environment.
The estate is the perfect place for seminars, training, workshops, courses, education programs and other gatherings. It is an intimate location in the midst of calm surroundings. A space where tranquility fosters exploration, where meetings bear fruit. The estate is designed to accommodate groups of up to 30 people.
The estate is situated in a rural location in central France. It is located in Burgundy, in the department of Saône-et-Loire. Originally, the estate was owned by Eglise Notre Dame in Autun. This church used it for seminars and later as a holiday centre for children. After a thorough renovation in 2009-2010, it can now be rented in the knowledge that it has a perfect spot for one and all.
The estate is surrounded by a fairy-tale landscape, where woods, mountains and lakes form a perfect blend. Situated in the protected nature reserve Parc Naturel du Morvan, the estate has more than its share of nearby wineries. The estate is located 95 km from Dijon, with the nearest city being Autun.
There are two buildings on the estate - the Chateau and the Maison - and an apartment, accommodating up to 30 individuals. The accommodation can be rented in its entirety, but the Chateau or the Maison can also be rented separately. The apartment can only be rented along with the entire accommodation. The photos give you a good impression of the atmosphere and the interior of the estate.

There are many sights to see close by, with something for everyone: archaeological sites, art, museums and monuments. Ancient cities such as Autun, Beaune and Chalon-sur-Saône are definitely worth checking out.
The city of Nevers is a well-known place of pilgrimage. Pilgrims still visit the chapel of Saint Gildard to this day. It features a glass coffin containing the intact body of Bernadette Soubirous. Something you shouldn’t miss is a visit to the temple of 1000 Buddhas, the Buddhist monastery: Kagyu Ling. In the old part of the city centre of Autun, you will find Cathédrale St. Lazare, which dates from the 12th century.
You can also undertake leisure activities in the area, such as fishing, riding mountain bikes, horse riding, canoeing, golf, swimming, gliding and visiting castle gardens. Just 25 km away is the Lac de Panneciére. This lake has a surface area of 520 hectares and a wonderful sandy beach. Travel in the direction of Beaune and Chalon-sur-Saône to find the famous French vineyards.
